I like French Vanilla but you can make Hazel nut or what ever flavor. Use the same International Coffee Flavor and Coffee Creamer Flavor.

8 oz hot chocolate mix ( I used 12 envelopes)
4 c powdered milk
1 container International Coffee mix
1 cup powdered sugar
1 9 oz jar Flavored Coffee Creamer

Mix well and store in covered container. I use 1/3 c to 1 c boiling water.

I like the idea of using a flavored coffee creamer, I always use just plain in my mix.  Also, I like to grind the sugar and coffee to a powdered consistency in my coffee grinder since I use regular granulated sugar:

 

1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer

1 cup hot cocoa mix

1 cup instant coffee

2/3 cup sugar

 

I use 3 tbsps mix to 1 cup of boiling water.
