I know some of you good cooks will know the answer to this. Someone asked me if canned pineapple in heavy syrup and canned pineapple in natural juice can be used interchangeably in recipes. My guess was that it is basically the same, but I really didn't know. The recipe is one of those fruit fluffs made with pineapple, pudding mix, Cool Whip and marshmallows.
