@SharkE If you google "Pioneer Woman Caramel Apple Sweet Rolls" a link appears to the recipe. I don't think I can post the link, otherwise I would.

Yeah, I found it, too ! Guess I'll buy her Holiday cookbook because she mentions her original cinn rolls recipe too and I want that too.
Think I"ll subscribe to her magazine once I can get to Barnes & noble
These are not for beginners and man they take a lot of time. Lazy folks need not attempt. I don't like that yeast she is using I'll use my fast acting yeast. Don't buy that ol' Fleishman's any more.
Man, these are super fattening and not for the diabetics for sure. When I make these on my weekend bender eat a thon even I will be goiing into sugar shock !!
Thanks !

@SharkE - The Pioneer Woman Cooks: A Year of Holidays is another cookbook (like the Laura Weathers one) I can definitely recommend to you; it has some great stuff! But you're right in noticing that you're not going to find diet food in it...

"qt of milk"
"9 cups of flour"
ton of butter
Only 2 of us and he eats like a bird. don't like freezing stuff always takes on a smell. I'll stick with my little recipe.
