Can You And Do You Freeze.....

Different kinds of dairy products? I know many here have talked about what they freeze, and many do cheese and some do milk. Can you freeze butter, or butter milk, or heavy cream and still have them work /taste well for you? And then there is sour cream, cream cheese...

I get tired of tossing things out that I had on hand for a recipe and for some reason didn't get a chance to make. I'd appreciate knowing if any one has had luck with freezing these.Smile
