I haven't made this in years. The original recipe calls for Russet potatoes. I have a five pound bag of Yukon Gold potatoes I'd like to use up. Has anyone made this with them instead of Russets? How were the results?

I have...still delicious. I poked occasionally to check for doneness as I think Russet and Gold cook differently. (faster?)
