@sidsmom, I have tried white beans in a dressing once....it wasn't so great. Do you have a recipe you can share?

I eyeball it, but I make a wonderful white bean cauliflower Alfredo with brewer's yeast, a dash of mustard and fresh garlic-delicious!

The CaliAlfredo sounds good!

 

Shoot...sorry to hear the bean dressing didn't work. 

Was it too watery? 

 

Here's a dressing I've been diggin' lately.

I also use a fat-free hummus just watered down a pinch...

works as dressing & lots of flavor options.

@sidsmom, thanks! I will give this one a try. The one I made (my own recipe) was just insipid and watery-in spite of using fresh garlic and herbs.
