Made these this evening.  They are crispy but you definitely need a dipping sauce.  I used ranch dressing but you can use your imagination.

2 lbs chicken wings
1 T oil

1/2 t salt
1/4 t ground pepper
1/4 t garlic powder
1/2 t smoked paprika
1/4 t Italian seasoning
1/2 t chili powder
2 t baking powder

Preheat oven 425.  Line baking sheet with foil and add an rack to the baking sheet.  Spray the rack cooking spray.

Pat the chicken wings dry.  Combine seasonings (salt through baking powder).  Toss the chicken wings in oil and then the seasonings.

Add the chicken wings to the baking rack.  Bake for 30 minutes.  Flip the chicken wings and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until skin is crispy.

For the baking rack I used a metal cooling rack for cookies.

The recipe says to reheat wings in 350 oven until warm.

Yum. Love crispy wings. DH is making some on the Pit Boss tomorrow.

If you have an air fyer try reheating in there.

I reheat to crisp back up.

I made some oven fried chicken earlier in the week.

Made some oven fried pork chops last night.

Have not had either cooked that way in quite a while.
