CORNBREAD SALAD RECIPE SEARCH

I could have sworn I saw a recipe here for cornbread salad and at the time thought it sounded so good. I need one that has no beans in it as my hubby will not eat a bean of anykind. I have never had cornbread salad, but my MIL in Texas says she makes it every year for the holidays. She doesn't have a recipe, just throws stuff in and knows when it looks "right"???. I think I would need a recipe for making the first time. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.
