CORN CHOWDER

2 cups finely diced potatoes

1 (15 ounce) can cream corn

1 (7 ounce) can whole kernel corn

Salt and Pepper to taste

1 cup milk

1 (14 1/2 ounce)can chicken broth

6 to 8 strips bacon

3/4 cup water

DIRECTIONS:

1. Boil potatoes in 3/4 cup of water until done.

2. Add corn, salt and pepper, milk and broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat; simmer approximately 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Fry bacon; cut into 1 inch strips. Add to potato and corn mixture.

NOTE: This is great served with your favorite cornbread. Enjoy!
