@catlover Thanks for starting this thread...and @KingstonsMom thanks for the dr ram link!  I made this for my teen son three times last week and we are having it again this week!  He absolutely loves it!!! He is a high school swimmer and I need to stuff him with meat and veggies! WOoHOo!!!

Yes, they do and so do the yogurt shops with fruit used for toppings - so they don't spoil in a day.  The fruit could be days old. 

Sorry, but the methods the Chinese food preparers use is unhealthy for me.  The sodium content for a lot of it is just way too high.
