Yes, I do to. This is all the seasoning you need for a good pot of chili.

Will drain but I don't rinse them. Only ones I rinse too are black beans.

I use a variety of beans and don't rinse except the black ones.  I don't like the dark color that results when you don't rinse them.  I figure the "sauce" has nutrients in the pinto and kidney beans, plus it slightly thickens the chili. I'd rather use my own seasonings than trust some bean company.  Lately I've been experimenting with taco seasoning.

@Flatbush I don't rinse my beans and just drain the liquid off, if they are chili beans in sauce I dump the whole can in including the liquid.

Thanks for all the info that everyone posted. I didn't think about the chili beans having flavor in the sauce. Good responses. I'll have to try them different ways.

I buy the Brooks "Hot" chili beans so I don't rinse those as I want the seasonings.  I also add a can of Bush's black beans and those I rinse.
