CANDIED SPICED BACON

I have cooked bacon in the oven with brown sugar many times - Tried this with chili powder this morning - Wonderful. Definitely will be on my Holiday Brunch menu.

Candied Spiced Bacon

2T brown sugar
1T chili powder
8 strips of bacon

Pre-heat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place rack on top. Lay strips of bacon across top. Sprinkle with mixture of brown sugar and chili powder. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until crispy.
