There is something else I neglected to mention in my previous post.  At Myspicer you can order a very small amount of a given spice (1 oz.).  I wanted to try a recipe that called for beet powder (which turned out great) but was glad that I only had to purchase 1 oz..  It's a neat little site, I would highly recommend checking them out!
