DH likes to make bread, rolls, hamburger etc.
Yesterday he made dough in the bread machine. He used the Pullman loaf pan with lid to bake it in. It's so soft.
Buttermilk Bread
1 1/8 cup buttermilk
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbls butter
3 Tbls honey
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp yeast
Bake at 350° for 30 mins.

Homemade bread & butter? I could live on it!

Me too!
Our favorite is an English toasting bread loaf that I make. With Kerrygold butter!💕💕💕💕
I always let my bread machine make my dough then I bake it off in the oven. I like a proper loaf with no paddle hole. Of course dinner rolls must be formed .
I am just about ready to put the ingredients into the machine to make my second pan of dinner rolls. I made the first last evening. Got 6 adults and seven grands coming today! They love the rolls.

@Nightowlz Your bread looks delicious. How do you manage to cut the slices so evenly?

Oh my, it looks delicious and the pan is a beautiful color, perfect for Easter.

@Nightowlz That looks delicious! I would love to try it in my bread machine, but I am a total amateur when it comes to making anything with yeast.
Did you just put all the ingredients into the bread machine in that order? Is the buttermilk heated or cold? And last question...if I only use the bread machine, would I choose the regular setting and 1.5 pound loaf?

We ❤️ Kerrigold butter! We always keep extra on hand so we don't run out.

DH cuts it with an electric knife. He won't let me touch it since it would be all crooked or thin & thick slices.
He can paint around trim without taping it off or getting paint all over the place.

We have a Panasonic bread machine.
DH said it heats the ingredients up before it starts. I would heat the buttermilk to 95-100° if your machine does not heat before starting.
The recipe is for a 1 1/2 lb loaf.
We put in dry ingredients first with wet ingredients last. That's what it calls for in the owners manual. Put ingredients in order by what your owners manual calls for.
If I was to make the bread in the machine I would pick basic with light crust.

That's a Debbie Meyer green box from HSN.
This is the USA pullman pan the bread was baked in.
They have it on sale on Amazon & Wayfair for around $27 regular $36.
