I only make fresh Brussel sprouts - the frozen ones are terrible IMO. I clean them and cut in half lengthwise then coat in oil and salt/pepper then either roast in the oven for about 25 min or on the grill.

I like them best shredded through the food processor slicer then sautéed in olive oil and a little butter! Sometimes I add soy sauce to them too. You can add diced onions, cashews, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries or whatever you like. Sometimes I put a little water in the pan too and a lid on to finish them. Sometimes not!

Wash, cut an x on the bottom, cook for 20 minutes.

At the same time saute mushrooms in butter. Then mix brussels with mushrooms and butter.

Yummy!
