I use the Pioneer woman's bruchetta recipe, and it is good! What other bread can I use beside a baguette? It is so crunchy and not in a good way. I buy fresh, not stale, ha! Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

My husband does not like the taste of focaccia....I will probably have to buy another baguette....

I usually use sour dough bread when I don't use the baguette ... but have used other artisan breads from the bakery like 8-grain, asiago cheese, and parmesan/garlic ...

Try ciabatta. Not sure if that is spelled right. I buy that instead and slice it thin, then toast it slightly.
