@Reconnaissant  Thank you for sharing! I've made a similar recipe, but using only zucchini. I have found mine doesn't always come out consistently, due to the water content of zucchini (even though I spin it, let it sit with salt, etc). I'm excited to make this, I think they,l turn out so much crispier than using zucchini!
