2 cups crushed Ritz crackers or any buttery round cracker

2 cups shredded sharp cheese

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 can liquid from cooking broccoli

2 pkg (10 oz) broccoli florets (if they are too large I cut them up a bit)

1/2 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 350

Cook broccoli according to pkg directions and reserve 1/2 can of liquid.

Mix crushed crackers, cheese and melted butter together.

Place half of the cracker mixture in the bottom of a 2 qt casserole dish; pat down.

Put the broccoli on top.

Mix soup with 1/2 can of cooking liquid and pour over broccoli.

Put remaining cracker mixture on top.

Bake for 30 minutes.
