Breading for Chicken when using the "Crisper" ?

I ordered the Crisper, that was on DV's show today, and I was wondering if any of you ladies would know of a good breading recipe for skinless chicken breasts (not the pre-cooked kind) to use. Also has anyone baked chicken this way? Thanks
