Pork Carne Asada

It's on the menu for Tuesday's dinner, but I don't know what to make with it, other than tacos.

Any ideas or recipes would be appreciated.

It looks like you have seasoned pork chops! I'd brown them in a little oil and then bake them for about an hour (a little water in the pan) or put them on the grill. I've never used pork chops to make taco meat, but that's just me!

Interesting but my stomach would revolt big time.   Looks spicy.   Let us know.

I would cut them up into small cubes. Heat up some oil, maybe 2 Tbs  in a non-stick pan, sear for a bout a minute, stir, cover for another minute, stir, and then cook for several minutes more uncovered until browned. (When it is in small cubes, it doesn't take long to cook).  

Then I would serve them in taco shells with sour cream, cheese, and salsa.

@house_cat   I'd do these on the grill, make a little potato salad or fix some cole slaw, or better yet mexican street corn.

Slice it into thin strips, big skillet, stir fry with other veggies.

Serve like roast with yellow rice, black beans and fried plantain!
