@Lucky Charm ....HAHA !  Buy the ingredients - and then losing the recipe is the story of my life !  Right now, I have some roasted tomatoes in a jar in my cabinet that I bought for ''something'' to cook, just don't remember what it was .  They will stay in the cabinet until they 'expire'.

I truly laughed out loud at your thread title.  I have done nearly the same thing.  I knew what I intended to make, but I had jotted the ingredients down from an internet recipe and then later couldn't find the recipe.
