I've always made egg salad with only mayo and some pepper, maybe a little salt.  It's kind of boring and I'm looking for some new ideas.

How do you make your egg salad?

Add sweet pickle relish.

I add a shake of Beau Monde to any salad dressing with a mayonnaise or Miracle Whip base. Most of the larger grocey stores have it by the seasonings. My last jar came from Amazon because I needed to add a small purchase in order to get free shipping.

Egg salad:  Miracle Whip instead of mayo or a splash of vinegar if using mayo, mustard, pickles, splash of pickle juice, celery, onions, green pepper, maybe a radish if I have it in the house.

I add that to tuna salad. I'm not sure why it never occured to me to add it to egg salad.

I use Duke's mayo and it has a vinegary taste already.

Never heard of this, what's in it?  Is it similar to Lawry's seasoned salt?

I add diced water chestnuts and black olives.  It gives the egg salad some crunch.
