Well, since I honestly wasnot aware of meat glue and you told me about You Tube, and wouldn't you know, the video was on takiing strew meat and gluing it together. Put it in plastic wrap for six hours in the frig, then cut it into fake filet mignon!!! I am aghast and will look up a lot of places, fast foods, etc. that do this too.
Nice to visit with everyone, and thanks again.

The most commonly "glued" meat is the filet mignon, which you won't find in fast food restaurants that are more concerned about ground beef than fillets. If you're eating in a fast food restaurant that serves filet mignon, that should be a red flag already. Meat glue is just an enzyme and it's not a problem by itself, but if a place is selling you a filet mignon and charging you for a filet mignon, then I think gluing one together out of parts is unethical. It can also be a health hazard if not cooked through. You can read more about it in this article: http://www.motherjones.com/tom-philpott/2012/05/meat-glue-gross-it-sounds

Yes gross that's what I read. I buy the whole tenderloin & cut our own filet mignon. Evidentley Outback is doing this where my dad lives. We don't have an Outback. Glad we don't eat out much. We know what we are eating.
