@Yahooey   Okay.  I'd better get my "baking shoes" on.  I agree that combining the almonds AND streusel would only add to the scrumptiousness.

Wish I could reach through the screen for a slice. Wondering if chopped rhubarb could be used. It's starting to ripen in my area.
