Looks like a delicious mac and cheese recipe. Thank you for sharing.

Is Blue Willow a restaurant? Edited to add....duh, says Inn right there in title.

Re: Blue Willow Inn Mac & Cheese ~~~

It's interesting...if you type in Blue Willow Inn mac and cheese, the Inn has a Face Book post with a recipe entirely different than this one. The FB recipe is not one I would make...it uses Cheese Whiz...which is not something I would use. Although, I have had great casseroles my stepmother made using Cheese Whiz....

The recipe  posted from op does have a lot of cheese and butter, but it also has a lot of pasta. 16 oz of dry pasta is a LOT of pasta. Ina Garten uses 20 ounces of cheese, per 16 oz of pasta,  in one of her mac and cheese recipes.

The restaurant is closed now, but have new owners.

It's in Social Circle Ga. I bought the cookbook many years ago from the Q. Patti Labelle's mac n cheese has more cheeses and half n half. I know it's not calorie friendly or healthy.

Why do we always have to have Food Police????

Just pass on by if the ingredients are not favorable to you.
