Blue Jean Chef's recipes over Christmas break

Where can we find either the recipes or the videos QVC has been playing Christmas Eve and Christmas?  Some of them look so good, and I would like to be able to watch and write down certain ones.

Love these Christmas shows. I miss the ones you did when the host families were on making cookies and different things but now the kids are grown I guess.

@Skippers Mom Ask & you shall receive. Merry Christmas!

The recipe is on Q here-

https://community.qvc.com/t5/Blogs/Basso-Family-Christmas-Eve-Shrimp-Scampi/ba-p/4299070

There is a Video at the above link.

Ingredients

16 jumbo shrimp cleaned, deveined, tail-on

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup dry white wine

Juice of 2 lemons

1/4 cup of finely chopped flat parsley

6 cloves of garlic, minced

3 tablespoons of paprika

salt and pepper to taste

1 stick of sweet butter melted

1/2 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs

1 cup of rice cooked

lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

In a nonreactive mixing bowl add ingredients except for the shrimp, bread crumbs and butter.

Whisk until completely mixed.

Add shrimp and marinade for 30 minutes to 2 hours in the refrigerator covered.

Remove shrimp and arrange in a broiler safe baking dish.

Boil marinade in small saucepan, reduce and pour approximately 1 cup of marinade over shrimp.

Sprinkle the bread crumbs on top of the shrimp and drizzle the butter on top.

Broil for 8 to 12 minutes at 500 degrees, checking to see if the shrimp are cooked through, shrimp should be opaque.

If the mixture appears dry add more olive oil and a little more lemon.

Serve with rice and lemon wedges.

Re: Blue Jean Chef's recipes over Christmas break

Just caught the Blue Jean Chef making a Caesar Salad.  Love it, but never made one at home.

Question:  She used raw eggs - is that safe?  Noticed she put salt and 1/2 lemon's juice - does that "cook" the eggs?
