Best Thing You Made in 4&1 Cooker?

What's the best thing you have made in the 4 and 1 cooker? If you'd share the recipe, that be great, too.

The best thing has been chicken thighs I seared with salt and pepper and then dumped a whole bottle of Fischer & Wieser Charred Peach Bourbon sauce over and slow cooked for a few hours and served over brown rice.

 

The sauce used to be only available at some select stores in the Texas HEB grocery store chain, but they just made it available in their online store. Sadly, it's over $3 more online even before shipping, so I'm glad it's still available down the street from me.
