This is simple, easy and so good.
14 oz Sweetened Coconut
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk (Eagle Brand)
2 egg whites beaten "really" stiff and add a pinch of salt
First mix the coconut and the sweetened milk beat the egg whites and then fold into the coconut mixture. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees and bake until golden (about 20 minutes). Drop by teaspoon or bake in greased mini-muffin tins.

I've loved macaroons since I was a kid, so will definitely make your recipe. Thank you! I've also got a recipe for a Macaroon Cake glazed in chocolate, which I must dig out and post here some time soon.

It was a recipe I developed when I owened my small commerical bakery. These cakes were baked seasonally for use during certain religious holidays.
