Beefy Mac Casserole

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/2 green pepper...diced

1 1/2 cups canned tomatoes...diced

1/2 cup celery...chopped

1/2 onion...diced

1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

2 cups UNCOOKED elbow macaroni

1 cup cheddar cheese...grated

Brown crumbled beef. Drain. Add salt, pepper, green pepper, tomatoes, celery, onion and dry mustard.Add a little water and cook SLOWLY til done. Cook macaroni and drain. Combine with meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
