I made the prime rib roast last night following instructions you posted to my plea for help, and I just wanted to thank you because it turned out perfectly! My husband was so impressed, and I was stunned. This is probably no big deal to you, but I don't cook and I really needed help with this as I really didn't want to blow a $65 piece of meat (I don't know why I ordered it, just got caught up in all the holiday hype). Anyway, it was very simple to do, and it turned out just right. Thank you again.
