I received a recipe for basil tea and now that I bought a large amount of basil, I can't find it.  I think it had basil, black tea leaves, lemon juice, maple syrup but I can't remember amounts or even if those were the ingredients.  Does someone have a good recipe before my basil goes bad?  Thanks in advance.

@jlkz Thank you, I did also google but just wasn't what I was looking for.  I may have made it up in my mind but black tea was in what I was looking for and they have different ingredients.

@m0rgan - I have a good one for iced tea:

Blackberry Basil Iced Tea

2-3 tea bags (black, green, or decaf) (I used black.)

1/4 cup fresh or frozen blackberries

6-8 fresh basil leaves, cut into small pieces

2 cups boiling water

lemonade or honey to sweeten to taste

Mash the blackberries some. Put tea bags, blackberries, and basil in a teapot. Pour boiling water over and let steep for 5 minutes. Pour and strain into ice-filled pitcher. Sweeten as desired.
