I was thinking about making some pumpkin cranberry bread on tuesday and letting it cool then put it in the freezer and taking it to my sisters Thanksgiving day to have for breakfast on Friday. Do you think the bread would be good still?? Or should I get the batter made put in the fridge and bake it Thursday morning before we leave?? I know people do this with cookies just trying to make things easier.
