This recipe was originally posted three years ago by house_cat (thank you again)! I am reposting it as it is very good and easy to fix. When I looked up her original recipe she added a note that she used 1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders and made extra coating mixture. I did the same. I also added a little Panko.
Baked Parmesan Chicken Tenders
2 lbs. chicken tenders
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tablespoons parsley (or less)
1 Tablespoon oregano
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt (can omit or use less)
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Line a baking sheet with foil. Melt butter. Dip chicken in butter. Roll in seasoning and place on baking sheet. Bake 20-30 minutes.

I put these in my Ninja Air Fryer and they turn out great.

I have a slightly different version using boneless chicken breasts.
Amount: 2 to 4 skinless breasts
wash, pat dry and salt & pepper and dip in flour
whisk 1 to 2 eggs and dip floured breasts into egg
Take egg breasts and dip into bread crumbs
Place in baking dish and cover with shakeable Parmesan cheese
Dot with butter and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Serve with a small salad and vegetable. Enjoy.

Thanks for the recipe. I didn't even know you could buy unbreaded, unseasoned chicken breast strips.

Sounds delicious! I'd spray with olive oil in place of butter.
