Hi my friends..I ran across this and I had that "hmmm why didn't I think of this' look...lol! Just thought I would share the idea...so simple! Smile (scroll down picture)

My son would have really loved these when he was a little boy-- now, too, as a young adult! LOL. I would like them as well. It is a great idea. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Oh yeah...This is great! I bet you could do sausages that way on the griddle, cook them first and cover with pancake mix!

I use precooked bacon. I'm trying this, also breaking up the bacon and putting it into the batter. Thanks, LBM! You come up with the best stuff.
