@Tinkrbl44  Cook with a sauce in a pan. I recently did this, seared the chops stovetop in oven proof pan like enamel cast iron, put them in oven for about 10 mins till 145°.  Took them out put on plate covered w/foil and let rest. Took pan and sauteed sliced onions with olive oil, 2 tbs za'atar spice,  Italian seasoning would be good too, half & half after sauteeing onions, 2 tbs butter and poured over and plated with pork.

Can't really go wrong with a pan cream sauce.

Well, tomorrow when I go shopping, I'm picking up some beans and will try your recipe... it sounds delicious

Re: BONELESS PORK CHOPS - WHAT TO DO?

I use them for a stir fry---just cut them into thin strips and marinate them over night, then I dry them off and put them in the airfryer---I steam up the veggies first--then throw them in for a quick stirfry with a sauce and add the meat and then put all of that over rice. I have a really good teriyaki sauce I make  and use as the marinade --always make a double batch of it,  so I have plenty. Sometimes I will coat the meat with cornstarch, called velveting, that will add a nice crust on the meat.

Yes, I do crock pot too.  Bread them, brown in skillet, put in crockpot on a bed of onions. pour over chicken broth which can be thickened with flour when the chops are done.
