I always prepare very light appetizers to greet my guests with a glass of wine while finishing last hour cooking on Thanksgiving. This is a quick, an easy one to make & blends well with crostini & Smoked Salmon Spread. Recipe from TasteOfHome.
Ingredients:
16 - 20 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped green onion or fresh chives
3 -4 tablespoons grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons snipped fresh, flat leaf parsley
Directions:
Cut a thin slice off of each tomato top. Scoop out and discard pulp. Invert the tomatoes on a paper towel to drain.
In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Spoon into tomatoes. Refrigerate for several hours.

1 lbs. Apple Smoked Bacon - fried crisp, then drained. Combine with mayo mixture.
Everybody loves these (if they like tomatoes)

Opps! - again . . . . and crumble that bacon, of course! before adding to the mix
