We used to use the oven, or- horrors- the microwave. I read about this, and this is the only way I will reheat pizza, and even a few other things now. It's by Chef Anthony Falco: 

1. Put cold pizza in a nonstick skillet on medium-low heat.

2. Cook 2 minutes or until bottom is crispy.

3. Add 1-2 Tbsp. water away from the pizza and turn heat to low. (I use 1 Tbsp. for one piece, 2 Tbsp. for 2 or 3.)

4. Cover and steam 1 minute, until the cheese is melted.

I reheat pizza on a nonstick cookie sheet, in a preheated oven,set at 350 for about 10 minutes. It comes out perfect.

too complicated.....

i put it in my breville toaster oven on the lowest toast setting. push a toast button.

go through one round and if it isnt done, go through a second toast round.

crispy on the bottom, bubbly on the top.

Two words...air fryer!

Interesting, I'll have to try your suggestion. I've been reheating it in the air fryer. Before we had an air fryer, I put it on a cookie sheet in the oven. Never in microwave.

Me too. 

Put the slice on a dish, put the dish in the microwave, select the pizza button, press start.

Pizza from the restaurant I never re-heat....like it cold.

i cannot eat it cold......havent done that since college......the day after.
