on the stovetop? How long do you boil? Is the corn put in after water is boiling? Salt or sugar in the water?
What do you have the best luck with?
TIA
DH stopped at a roadside stand and brought some home.....YUM!

There was a thread a few months back with lots of suggestions but can't remember when it was.
I put mine in boiling water for two or three minutes. The fresher the better. Delicious.

I like corn roasted the best, but that takes time. If I don't roast it, I steam it for 3 to 5 min. depending on how big the ears are. People tend to over cook corn on the cob.

Wrap it in Saran wrap, each piece indivually a d out in microwave for 3 minutes. I do 1 ear at a time. Was told about microwave cooking the corn about 3 years ago and that's the only way we do it. Boiling it takes the flavor out, I think but then I probably over boiled it.
