Some time ago we used to make this recipe and give them out as part of "in the jar" gifts with the recipe attached to a bbq mitt.
BBQ Rub
2 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pinch cinnamon
In a small bowl or glass jar with a lid, combine all ingredients. Stir or shake to mix. Use immediately or it can be stored in a cool, dark place for several months.
Rub ribs and marinate in own juices for at least 6 hours. Then bbq them..bake them..or cook as you like.
