Love, love , love polenta...could be cause my dad was a Texan and I grew up on cornmeal mush!

I make it all the time in my WP rice cooker..occasionally I will use the premade tubes...

MT, why didn't I think to make polenta in the WP rice cooker!!!!  I just bought a new bag, I'll have to try that next time!
