BACON & CHEESE DIP - CROCKPOT

LOW 1 HOUR UNTIL CHEESE MELTED (covered)

2 pkg (8 oz each) reduced-fat cream cheese, softened & cut in cubes

4 C (16ozs) shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese

1 C evaporated skim milk

2 tbsp prepared mustard

1 tbsp chopped onion

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce (I omit)

1 lb turkey (or regular) bacon crisp-cooked & crumbled

Assorted cut-up veggies, crusty Frency or Italian bread sliced, or assorted crackers

Place cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, evaporated milk, mustard, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt & hot sauce in cooker. Cover & cook LOW, stirring occasionally about 1 hours, or until cheese is melted.

Stir in bacon, adjust seasonings (if desired). Serve with veggie dippers, breads & crackers.
