I am sooo confused on what to do. I have researched it and there is so much difference in times, etc.
I have 1 pound of soaked, washed beans (about 6 cups). One recipe says 3 cups of water to one cup of beans. Surely they mean unsoaked beans. I don't want it real watery like soup, but thick like ham and beans.
One place said to make sure to add oil, but they were using a stove top pc. For an electric one, do you use oil? How much?
Some said use high pressure, some said medium. How do you do it?
I'm adding ham, onion, garlic and carrots for flavor. I don't think that matters though.
