Sometimes I make a quick apple tarte....butter a baking dish; peel & slice apples (Grannys or some other), and sprinkle with a crumb topping: chopped nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon & pats of cold butter. Bake @ 375 dgrees for about 20 min.

You could also throw in the topping a spoonful of flour.

Great idea, I have a bag of apples! Thanks

Re: Any flourless baked deserts? THANKS excluding (CHOCOLATE cake).

Thank you ALL for reminding me of some great deserts! Some of the ideas remind me of my childhood! Sometimes we get stuck and forget to look back.

Since some items are hard to get a hold of -this has me thinking I should get out my "old" cookbooks! Again THANKS!

@RACALAMB2  Have you tried 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies?

1 c peanut butter

1 c sugar ( I use coconut sugar)

1 egg

Mix and cross score with fork. Line baking pan with parchment. Bake 350 for 8-10 mins

I make the exact recipe, but roll into balls then bake as soon as they are out of oven add a chocolate kiss on top.
