With FLOUR being in short supply, I want to bake something sweet, but everything I have calls for a lot of flour! Thanks

Rice pudding, custard, bark, bourbon balls (or rum balls) using vanilla wafers, fruit crumbles with brown sugar, nuts, and oatmeal topping no need for flour.
GLuten free desserts--lots of good mixes especially King Arthur!

Do you like egg custard? I love it, sometimes I add coconut, for a coconut cream pie taste.

Sometimes I make a quick apple tarte....butter a baking dish; peel & slice apples (Grannys or some other), and sprinkle with a crumb topping: chopped nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon & pats of cold butter. Bake @ 375 dgrees for about 20 min.
You could also throw in the topping a spoonful of flour.
