Thanks for a wonderful bit of information.

 

I have a vegetarian couple living next door who are long-time U.S. citizens but natives of India.  I've sampled a little of the wife's cooking, and I'd have a hard time equaling it.

 

If I'd known about your recipe for cucumber/tomato/carrot salad, that would have been on my Christmas party buffet table when we had them at our house.
