I like a brown sugar ham sandwich on pump-rye swirl bread with lettuce and a little mayo and mustard.

In summer, I love a tomato sandwich!

I do not eat as many lunch meat sandwiches as an adult, just an occasional fried bologna, fried spam, tuna salad, or a rare sub sandwich.  

I still like them, especially fried bologna or spam, but limit my bread intake, to a hamburger or hot dog.

Cut the Cuban bread in half lengthwise. Layer the ham, 3 thin slices roast pork, the salami, cheese and pickles on the bottom half. Spread the mustard on the inside of the top half.   Most restaurants have a machine and press them!

We buy fresh sliced lunchmeat and fresh sliced cheese and just roll them together with a little mustard and eat them that way. Never eat bread. Delicious!

yes sir!!! I am all about a good sammie and soup!! right now, I'm  going thru a ......thing.. with Jimmy Johns ---they put this red cherry pepper relish, red wine vinegar and olive oil with seasonings on them that rocks my world. I could eat the relish from a cup!!!

I adore pastrami and could eat it every day.  This past Thurs. cooped up at home with the winter storm I watched the Drew Barrymore show. She had a guest who made Pastrami Stuffing, OMG it looked so delish.  I got the recipe but have yet to try it.  I could even see this between two slices of any bread.

Ike Barinholtz's Pastrami Stuffing

1. 5 lbs good pastrami, chopped.
2. 1 onion, chopped.
3. 1-2 jars of sauerkraut, strained.
4. 2 cups mustard.
5. 1 loaf stale rye bread, cut into cubes.
6. 6 eggs.
7. 3 cups chicken stock.
8. 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded.

@Mz iMac I'm pretty plain jane but I love garlic bologna (olive loaf is great too) just on white bread with mayo.  I don't have them very often but wow are they good!
