Almost Instant Dinner - Ninja 3-in-1

I just whipped up dinner. I turned my Ninja 3-in-1 to high stovetop to get hot, then down to med. I sauteed olive oil, garlic and mushrooms till tender. I then added a jar of alfredo sauce, a can of cream of mushroom soup, egg noodles, a bit of water to distribute it all and rinsed the jar of the goodness, and frozen meatballs. I turned it to oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. When it went I was busy and off it turned. I then stirred it and served it up! Yummy! You could toss in some frozen veggies in the last few minutes, like broccoli, and let steam up. Serve with garlic bread!

The spaghetti is really easy too! I can pick up all of the ingredients at my local dollar store, which is the only grocery like store in several towns around, instead of driving 15 miles into town. When I'm in a hurry for supper, I swing in and pick it up. We are getting a General Dollar Market.......It will be nice to have a better selection on the fly on the way home. I just hate WM. I bought a few things at CVS just to stop going to WM, milk, bread, coffee, makeup, meds, and tissue. I know they are a bit higher, but so it buying stuff I really don't need and the extra drive across town and the crowds.

I just ordered the Ninja this weekend. I have been eyeing it for so long and finally broke down. Can't wait to get it. I use my old fashioned crock pot at least two times a week. Glad you are happy with yours. Many good reviews on the Ninja.

luvpoos, think you will really like the Ninja cooker. I use mine every week and love it. Made beef stew last week when it was so cold outside. It was delicious, and the meat so tender.
