Aldi's malted bevarage

Aldi's had a 6pk of 7oz bottles of 'Malta Regal'. It is a non-alcoholic beverage. Ingredients; water, barley malt, fructose,corn syrup, mello malt, and hops.

Seemed strange but I figured it out. Great for Irish Soda bread, Beer Bread, pancakes, etc. It tastes sweet, like beer that hasn't fermented to alcohol.

Any other recipe ideas?
