Sounds good, but what size skillet is he using in the video? Maybe 8"??? I would like to try it.

I ended up using a 10" skillet and it was perfect. I will adjust the recipe and only use 1/8 teaspoon of salt next time as I found it to be a little too salty. Other than that it is a keeper. Will be making this again. Yummmm!
