Congrats on your new Air Fryer! I purchased my small 2 qt. Yedi that David featured some months ago. I'm sure you'll get some great recipes for your bigger AF. Since mine is small, I use it for some pretty basic foods, but I love it and can't imagine getting along without it! I use it for frozen breaded shrimp, french fries, onion rings, brats, fish filets, and chicken wings, etc. Nothing fancy. I now use my oven much less than before to heat up small batches of food, and the AF does a much better job.

This is a favorite dish of mine, but, in this heat, I was not willing to crank the oven to 400º. So, with two concerns, I reached for the Ninja Air Fryer. The first concern was the small size of the fryer and, without cooking in batches, spreading pieces of chicken in a single layer, second concern was drying out the chicken in the process.
I decided to not cut the half chicken breast at all, rather coat it whole with the sauce and pretzel bits. Then I air fried it. More explicit notes are added at the bottom of the recipe.
This was originally a Weight Watchers recipe, calling for salt-free pretzels and fat-free mayonnaise.
Pretzel Chicken Bites with Mustard Chipotle Sauce
2 oz pretzels, crushed or broken into small pieces
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons whole-grain Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons chipotle pepper sauce
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¾ lb skinless boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
Preheat oven to 400º. Spray a shallow baking pan with Pam.
Finely chop pretzels—in a food processor or put into a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, pepper sauce, vinegar & black pepper in a small bowl.
With chicken pieces in a medium bowl, toss with 2 Tablespoons of the sauce to coat. Add the chicken to the pretzel bits, stirring to coat the chicken evenly.
Spread the chicken in one layer onto the baking pan. Spray lightly w/ Pam. Bake about 15 minutes.
Serve w/ remaining sauce.
Mrs. G's notes: I make 50% more sauce to have at the table, and make it a bit spicier. If you're unfamiliar with it, Tobasco Brand makes a good chipotle pepper sauce.
For a single serving prepared in the Air Fryer, do not cut the chicken breast. Depending on size of breast, Air Fry the first side of coated chicken in a lightly oiled baking pan for 8-10 minutes (skip pre-heat)
@ 375º. Flip breast and bake other side for another 8-10 minutes, to an internal temp of 165º. Set aside, covered, to rest while you Air Fry some French Fries.

Air Fried Turkey Breast
Air-fry at 350ºF for 25 minutes. Turn the turkey breast on its side and air-fry for another 12 minutes. Turn the turkey breast on the opposite side and air-fry for another 12 minutes. The internal temperature of the turkey breast should reach 165ºF when fully cooked. These instructions come from Blue Jean Chef Air Fried Turkey Breast. I took out at 160° to rest. It was really yummy.

I tried to love my air fryer, tried several recipes and the only thing that we liked was air fried donuts. Unfortunately, we returned it after several so-so meals.

why do you need a recipe? Anything you cook in oven can be done in air fryer.Go to Pinterest if you really need to. I cook hot dishes ,hamburgers ,steak, pizza, hard boiled eggs ,sandwiches, Mac and cheese. Also fry eggs, bacon ,wings . Use your imagination and go for it. People do not try hard enough.I hardly ever use the oven. Just two of us. Great for heating leftovers. Roast beef and pork ,turkey breast. It is not just for fries and cheese sticks .Use small throw away pans or buy online pans that fit.Meatloafis great in air fryer .

"Why do you need a recipe?" While it's true you can cook everything in an air fryer you can cook in a regular oven, lots of things cook differently in an air fryer. Mine came with a muffin pan and if I used the conventional directions on a muffin mix for the air fryer they came out burned on top and raw on the bottom. I discovered I need a much lower cooking temp to get them done halfway evenly in the air fryer.
Air fryer directions get changed on packages frequently also. When I first started cooking french fries in mine the directions on the package said to cook them for 20 minutes. I did and they were fine. Then a few months later the same brand of french fries was burning at 20 minutes. A look at the directions showed they'd changed them to 12 minutes as they now apparently were precooking them more before freezing them. When I adjusted my cooking they were back to being good. I now check the directions on each thing I cook to see if they've changed. The manufacturers are changing their directions fairly frequently as more and more people use air fryers.

I have the Power XL Vortex air fryer and use it on a regular basis. I made salmon last night and it was delicious.
Recipe: 1 lb. salmon with skin on
Marinate with 1 tbsp. each (mixed together) of teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, olive oil and hickory syrup. Marinate for 10 to 12 min. Before putting in the AF add garlic to taste and top with almonds. Bake for 18 minutes at 375 degrees.
You can use the same or similar ingredients for other types of fish as well. If you don't have hickory syrup you may substitute maple syrup.

All you need to do is adapt what you cook now, to an air fryer, which is simply a smaller oven that circulates air to cook food faster.
We use ours to heat pot stickers, pizza rolls, reheat pizza, cook French fries, air fry Spam and bologna, grill steak, burgers, hot dog wieners, bake biscuits, fry squash, etc.
